4.1

Scrubby, virgin parkland, fringed by pristine beaches and rocky outcrops for sun bathing.

Made up of native forest (mainly Holm oaks and pines), dunes and white sand coves criss-crossed by multiple hiking trails, Mondragó is a good way to combine a bit of easy walking with beach time. It’s ideal for kids as the bigger beaches have pedalos and a couple of beach bars serving cold drinks, ice-cream and snacks. If you’re looking for more privacy and don’t mind sunbathing on rocks, keep following the coastal paths around and you’ll find plenty of places to call your own (and strip off if the mood takes you).

Expert tips

The park can be accessed from either north or south. It’s well signposted and there’s a visitors centre at the Fonts de n'Alis car park if you’re looking for more information about the native flora and fauna.
