Take a boat/beach trip to Procida.
Procida is the smallest, least populated (and least visited) of all the islands, but it's easy to get to (a 30-minute to 1hr boat ride from Naples), and Chiaiolella is its main resort: a small marina enclosed by a couple of promontories. Chiaiolella has a kilometre of beach that stretches all the way to Ciriaccio known as the Lido. At the end of the Lido there's a little bridge that you can take over to a nature reserve on the (unhabited) nature reserve of Vivara.
