See Manchester from 60 metres above the city.

Manchester’s skyline is an interesting one as old buildings such as the town hall share the limelight with ultra-modern ones such as Beetham Tower and Urbis. The Wheel of Manchester allows visitors to see these buildings from above and to spot landmarks like Old Trafford in the distance. The wheel is just as interesting for locals and I enjoy looking out for my house and other places I have an attachment to from my childhood.

The ride lasts 13 minutes and, if you are celebrating a special occasion, there is one VIP capsule with a glass floor.
