Learn to ride at one of Spain’s largest and best equestrian centres.

Andalusian horses, one of the oldest pure breeds in the world, are globally-renowned, and they are intrinsically linked to the traditional Spanish way of life. From use in the fiestas to the masterful dressage shows, they’re an internationally- recognised symbol of Spain. For my money there’s nowhere better to learn the art of equestrian than here at the immaculately-kept, and typically-Andalusian looking, Escuela de Arte de Ecuestre. Saddle-up and learn from the experts (perhaps some of the best in the world) in group or private lessons. All abilities catered for.

There’s also a great on-site restaurant, specialising in Andalusian cuisine, which is open to the public.

Expert tips

Book well in advance at peak times, especially during school holidays.
