Former traffic underpass converted into a fantastic indoor playground.

A wet day with the kids in Amsterdam. We'd coped admirably with the crowds at the Van Gogh Museum in the morning, and needed something less cultural and more energetic in the afternoon - but dry. There was an obvious answer: TunFun. An example of urban regeneration at its best, it's a vast playground hidden under a roundabout in the centre of Amsterdam. Set along a street with traffic lights, road signs and graffiti is everything a child could possibly want to burn off energy: ball ponds, trampolines, freefall slides, a vast bouncy castle, a go-kart track, even a football pitch. Parents are pretty well served, too: there's a café, lots of sitting areas, and free WiFi.
