Berlin is known as one of Europe’s - and the world’s - best party towns. Bars often don’t close until the last person has left, and some just stay open continuously. The sheer number of late-night haunts is part of the allure. In fact, wealthy clubbers fly in from all over Europe just to sample some of Berlin’s casual hedonism. The city doesn't disappoint in that regard, though for every non-stop techno club and easy-going retro bar there's usually also a cultural event happening somewhere, be it a gallery opening, philharmonic symphony or theatre performance...it really is a non-stop city.
