A great Irish gastro pub in the heart of the marina.

One of the things about Sotogrande which really appeals to me is its international air. And Flaherty’s embodies this. Enjoy a pint of Guinness, eat soda bread and Irish sausages while enjoying views of one of the best pleasure harbours in the Med.

Food and drink

The food, including traditional stews, pies, and potato cakes, plus the huge range of whiskeys (and of course 'the black stuff'!), give a real flavour of the Emerald Isle, alongside the standard 'pub grub' favourites.

Ambience

The wood -panelled pub has been a popular favourite for locally-based Irish and British expats for as long as I can remember. Flaherty’s also shows sporting events and there are often impromptu parties should Ireland/Wales/England /Scotland win a match of some kind. Nobody parties like the Irish.

Service

The chatty staff are down-to-earth and welcoming.

Location

It's on the front line of the marina.

Price advice

Enjoy good value with a Sunday roast from 12.50 euros.
