Food and drink
The food, including traditional stews, pies, and potato cakes, plus the huge range of whiskeys (and of course 'the black stuff'!), give a real flavour of the Emerald Isle, alongside the standard 'pub grub' favourites.
The wood -panelled pub has been a popular favourite for locally-based Irish and British expats for as long as I can remember. Flaherty’s also shows sporting events and there are often impromptu parties should Ireland/Wales/England /Scotland win a match of some kind. Nobody parties like the Irish.
The chatty staff are down-to-earth and welcoming.
It's on the front line of the marina.
Enjoy good value with a Sunday roast from 12.50 euros.
