Food and drink
This is very traditional Canarian cuisine and includes the likes of gofio - toasted and ground cereals used for thickening soups and stews - which dates back 500 years on the island.
It's informal and friendly, with mainly locals and the few visitors who have found it and now consider it their favourite.
The staff are welcoming and friendly.
It's on a quiet, pretty little paseo off one of the main thoroughfares.
Tapas are 3-4 euros per person, starters average at 6 euros, main courses are 7-12 euros and desserts are 3.50 euros.
