Food and drink
The menu is superbly inventive; marinated red tuna with tapenade sauce and a jelly of fresh herbs and sesame; scallops ‘Aix en Provence’, with dried tomatoes, oregano, basil and lavender; or you might drool over crusty filo pastry tacos filled with entrecote steak with herb and nut butter.
