Food and drink
Choose your size (1/3lb or 1/2lb) and patty (beef, chicken or vegetarian), then decide which burger you want (there are seven to choose from). If none take your fancy, you can create your own by choosing the bun, the patty and your own selection of toppings. Unusually for a burger bar, they're licensed, so you can have a beer as well.
My absolute favourite is the Sin City burger, which comes smothered in caramelised onion, bacon and fried egg - I’ve known people to drive out from their hotels to fix their hangover with this one. The signature smash fries come tossed in olive oil and rosemary, and I’m also a fan of their Haagen Dazs milkshakes.
It’s more of a smart takeaway than a sit down restaurant, although the food is presented nicely with proper cutlery. But it’s no frills – you order at the counter and fill your own drinks.
There’s not much of it (see above) but what there is is friendly and laid back.
I prefer the original location in Summerlin, on the way to Red Rock Canyon. It’s part of a shopping centre off Summerlin Parkway, about 15 minutes drive from the Strip. They plan to open a branch right off the Strip within the next year or so.
Burgers from US$4.99, sides from US$1.49.
There's another at 9101 W Sahara Ave, and one at 5655 Centennial Center Blvd.
