Food and drink
The menu's divided into four sections: Sensi "specials", Italian, Asian and seafood. All the food's of an exceptionally high quality, though I'm of the opinion that if you're splashing out here you should go for the Asian or Indian dishes, as Italian restaurants are two-a-penny in Vegas.
Very smart - you could get away with smart jeans and a shirt, but most customers are very dressed up. The decor is dark with lots of slate and the tables are set around the kitchen, which has glass on all four sides (and seafood tanks around it).
Quietly competent and very friendly - when I went the staff were laughing with us as two lobsters decided to, er, get intimate.
In the Spa Tower of the Bellagio - nice and central for the Strip.
Main courses start at US$28 but you can easily shift US$50 on one dish.
