Food and drink
Traditional Chinese food - from dim sum to noodles - seafood dishes and a good selection of vegetarian options, too. It's expensive, but very authentic, and the food is whipped up before your eyes in the open plan kitchen. There's a great selection of teas, too.
Any of the dim sum or the dumplings are fantastic. I love this place!
Very laid back - it's brightly lit, you sit on bar stools - but it's classy (you walk through a giant fishtank to get in). You'll see a mixture of people here, but mainly those staying in the hotel (it's something of a hidden gem).
Not as fawning as most Vegas places, thanks to the fast food atmosphere, but it's friendly enough.
Tucked away in Caesars Palace beside the entrance to the pool. Beautifully central.
Dim sum from US$8.09 (all prices end in $0.09). Main dishes from US$20.09.
