El Chiringuito is my pick for the island’s very finest gazpacho – so smooth it’s almost creamy in its consistency, as is the specially flown-in Italian Burrata. The seared tuna coated in sesame seeds is quite possibly Ibiza’s finest cut of seafood while the homemade burger (which owner Jonathan spent months perfecting) scores a perfect ten.
Everything you’d expect from a high-end luxury beach club, from the perfect grooves and picture perfect views to a mixed clientele ranging from London it-girls and Ibiza celebs to ageing rock stars, international business tycoons and plenty of Ibiza locals. This is the place for the perfect all-day beach experience.
Truly world class, owners Jonathan and Olivia have spent two years sourcing and training the perfect team and I think they’ve nailed it.
Right on the sand on the stunning beach of Es Cavallet, it’s a lovely drive through the salt flats to get here – keep your eyes peeled for flamingoes in May and October.
