Food and drink
There are five menus to scan: Cordon Bleu; set menus; seasonal and promotional items; dim sum; and the main menu. There are also some Western dishes, but you really come here for Cantonese. Chinese wine is available, as well as selections from around the world.
This is smart Cantonese, and the other customers are well aware of it. The tables are well spaced, and the carpets deep, so it's not so noisy as some Chinese eateries.
The staff are very attentive, and informative vis-à-vis signature dishes.
It's on the Golden Mile but high above the road.
It's probably HK$1,000 for two, and that's before you get anywhere near the star dishes.
