Food and drink
The wine is the star of the show and the food plays a blinder as the support act. There are lots of platters to complement the quality wines, or the dinner menu is an interesting mix of French and Italian dishes.
Try one of the platters to share over wine. The international platter has a nice mix of Italian, French and Irish nibbles. The risotto or pasta of the day is usually delicious.
It's chatty, cafe style with intimate seating to keep the atmosphere bubbly.
The excellent staff are only too willing to advise you on the wine list.
Exchequer street is in the middle of Dublin's liveliest quarter for nightlife.
A 'little bites' menu from 12.30-7pm (Sunday-Friday) offers great value snacks.
