Food and drink
Food is a mix of Spanish classics like paella, Catalan staples like the local butifarra white sausage or the excellent duck with Moscatel sauce that I had last time I was here, as well as international/Italian crowd-pleasers like spaghetti bolognese and roast chicken, veal in mushroom sauce or grilled sole.
It's elegant in a relaxed sort of way, as you’d imagine in the grounds of an old palace.
The staff are young and friendly.
It's up a winding cobbled street as you come into the old town. See [node:170988] for the separate hotel review.
The menu of the day costs 15 euros. A la carte main courses are about 10-20 euros.
