Food and drink
Where to start? The packed menu features a wide selection of typical Tex-Mex dishes - fajitas, burritos, tacos, ribs, burgers and similar. Cuisine of this type is unusual in Hungary, and - while those from Mexico might have tasted better - the quality is as good as you’ll find in this region of the world. There’s a decent range of cocktails and beers too, including a ‘house’ Iguana beer brewed nearby.
The restaurant gets crowded. It has two levels and can accommodate over 100 people, but it’s not unusual to have to wait for a table in the evening; those with younger families are probably best to visit earlier. If you like loud, colourful spots then this is for you.
I’ve always found it fine, but I’ve heard the odd grumble from others.
It's in a side street running from Szabadság tér in the city centre, just a short walk from the [node:173307] building.
You can fill up here without breaking the bank. A cup of chilli costs 1,390 forints, an enchilada around 2,000 forints, a cheeseburger 1,690 forints, and a fajita between 2,390 forints and 3,690 forints.
