Run by Bruno Pellegrini, this charming Italian restaurant has been highly praised by all quarters over the years (not least in France's Gault Millau gourmet guide). The chefs serve delicious cuisine that makes use of fresh, seasonal produce. Expect dishes such as carré of milk lamb served with mussels, homemade pasta with Norcia truffles and marinated lobster with Borlotti beans, lemon and tomato. The menu is accompanied by a very decent wine list, full of Italian classics and some surprises.
