A changing line-up of pricey European fare, but I remember with pleasure the lobster and organic chicken raviolo served with a dollop of smoked trout and potato salad, followed by rare saddle of lamb stuffed with dried apricots. Pickles, cheese and sorbets are all made in-house. Very extensive, very expensive wine list.
