A garden of earthly delights in the Palmeraie.

Les Deux Tours, originally built in 1991 and renovated in 2008, is a group of low villas set amid the sprawling palm groves of the Palmeraie – a lunar oasis of several thousand trees to the north east of the medina, dotted with high-walled, turreted residences and hotels and traversed by tiny, dusty lanes. Built by the Boccara family (Charles and his son Mathieu, both famous architects) using traditional Moroccan materials (clay for the basic construction; wood, tiles and tadelakt), the hotel clusters within a lush, elegant 3 hectare garden and is a deliciously restful place to stay. To sun oneself here, surrounded by orange, lemon, olive and bay trees, the aroma of jasmine in the air, is truly a magical thing.
