Fancy staying in a jungle-themed room? Try this fairly new design hotel.

Opened in June 2010, the Mercure Madrid Santo Domingo is trying to inject a bit of fun into the whole chain hotel concept. It’s very chic and has a rooftop pool, so can hardly fail to become one of the city’s most coveted and fashionable hotels pretty soon.
