It’s slightly removed from the city centre, but the trade off is you’re very close to the airport. The Roma metro station is five minutes walk, from where it’s another 15 minutes to the city centre.
The rooms aren’t going to win any awards but for the price they’re pretty good. Everything is clean, smart and comfortable. Most have a pretty big private balcony. The larger suites are really good value and have modern sofas and a few more ‘design’ touches.
There’s a bright and shiny lobby, with black leather sofas and the lyrics to 'New York, New York' stencilled on the walls over a painted Manhattan skyline.
Eating and drinking
The restaurant, Infusion, serves Indian and Portuguese food that I’d probably give a miss. However, the breakfast is a decent spread of croissants, fruits and cereals.
The staff were really very helpful and eager to please.
Who stays there
Lots of people come because of the close location to the airport, so you get business guests, families and everyone in between.
