The Nebo is very well located close to the main train station. It is also in the slightly sketchy red light district and in a bit of a late night party zone so it's lively but can also be noisy.
The bedrooms range from pretty decent if slightly bland rooms with ensuites to some rather more boxy ones with shared bathrooms. These are generally clean and there are enough of them for you not to have to wait in line to use them. The WiFi is, rather meanly, pay by the minute.
The public areas are functional and not really places to linger in, but then this is a no-frills place.
Eating and drinking
The breakfasts, suprisingly perhaps, get good reports. The hip new eating and drinking venues of the meat-packing district are close by and there's a good choice of ethnic supermarkets and inexpensive fast food places on the doorstep.
There are no leisure faciltiies in the hotel but the DGI Byens swimming pool and leisure centre is close by.
This is a generally well run hotel although don't expect five star service.
Who stays there
Budget travellers, especially groups.
The rooms come especially cheap it there are more than two of you. If you don't mind shared bathrooms, the non ensuite rooms are very cheap.
