I have been travelling since I finished school at 17, I get itchy feet if I stay in one place too long! I think this is because I was born in the UK, but lived in Australia for most of my life, so I have always felt split between the 2. When I left school in 2002, I lived in Granada, Spain for 3 months to learn Spanish and then spent the rest of my gap year in Cambridge, UK. When I got back to Sydney, I couldn't imagine staying there for 3 years to do my university degree, so I decided to go to Dunedin, New Zealand instead. My dad is a New Zealander and lots of my cousins went to this university. I took this as an opportunity to explore the whole of the South Island, which is truly stunning. Nonetheless, I was back in Sydney every holiday and when I finished my studies I moved back there to live for a year and a bit. I'm now living in London, having done 3 months in Seville, Spain, last year. I am making a point of using London as a jumping off point for Europe and have so far been to Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, France and other parts of Spain. My dream is to live in South America for a year. After my trip back to Oz at the end of the year, I'm going to try to make that dream a reality!
