Being involved with a site that can offer so much to so many travel enthusiasts is a great motivator. When I get to travel myself, I try to visit places I have never been to before - I'm not one to go to the same place every year, regardless of how much I may have loved it - so I look to Simonseeks for inspiration. My own test of how well we're doing.
