I am a Simonseeks editor, and a freelance contributor to The Observer and The Daily Telegraph. Somehow, I have ended up with the dream job of travelling the world and writing about food, in countries ranging from Brazil, Ghana, Madagascar and Belize to Spain, the South of France and St Lucia. Until Simonseeks launched, I was deputy editor of Ultratravel (The Daily Telegraph's luxury travel magazine) and, before that, deputy editor of The Observer magazine and features editor of the Independent on Sunday Review. I have 20 years' experience on national newspapers.
