Best for Fun - Expert review of Camel Safari
A unique camel safari up a volcano.
Every child I have seen on one of these camel rides seems to love it. Rather than sit on the camel's back, you sit in a seat so that each animal carries about three passengers. The ride – which is pretty gentle, although swaying – lasts around 25 minutes and takes people up the side of a volcano in the national park, and then back again, as part of a camel train led by a guide.
Price advice:
22 euros for both adults and children.
Expert tips:
Wear a hat and sunscreen – it can get hot up there.
The rides are not suitable for children under three.
