Expert review of Citysightseeing Sorrento

Take a bus and see the sights in Sorrento and the surrounding area.

Citysightseeing Sorrento is a hop-on hop-off service (leaving at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm, seven days a week) that runs from Sorrento's Piazza de Curtis (outside the Circumvesuviana train station) and will take you through Sorrento to Massa Lubrense, along to Termini and to Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (home to the fabulous Don Alfonso restaurant) and back round to Sorrento. It's an opportunity for those who aren't driving to see just how beautiful the area is.

Price advice:

Tickets are valid for six hours (which should be long enough for lunch) and the tour takes 1 hour and 40 minutes (in eight languages). For 12 euros (6 euros for children) it's not bad. Citysightseeing tours also operate in Naples and along the Amalfi Coast.

Expert tips:
Hang onto your tickets and get a discount on other sightseeing tours.
