A design marvel, where art and science collide in minimalist galleries.
The lotus-inspired ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands is the premier museum destination in Singapore for major international touring exhibitions from some of the most renowned collections around the world. There are 21 gallery spaces spanning over 50,000 square feet – featuring exhibits that span various influences from art and science, media and technology, to design and architecture.
The Museum’s showpiece exhibition, the ArtScience Gallery, features a series of permanent exhibits spread over the top two floors – hoping to demonstrate that the creative processes in art and science can be similar.

Price advice:
The cost of an adult ticket is $30, children 2-12 years $17 and pensioners over 65 years pay $27. There’s a group discount $24.50 with a minimum purchase of 25 tickets. Make sure you check the museum's website for visiting exhibition information, because the permanent gallery in itself isn't worth the $30 admission charge.
Expert tips:
Guided tour are conducted in English and Mandarin on Saturdays and Sundays. Each guided tour takes up to 20 people and is on a first come first served basis. English sessions: 11.30am, 5.30pmâ¨Mandarin sessions: 3.00pm, 6.30pm.
Interactive audio-visual guides are available for rental at the Museum Box Office.
Be sure to take part in the various interactive displays, like touch screens and games, dotted around the museum.
