Expert review of Teleferico cable car
Get a different view of Madrid
The cable car ride over to the Casa de Campo park is well worth taking just for the views. You start off above the Oeste park, and see the Debod Temple, San Antonio de La Florida church, the Royal Palace, the Faro observation tower, the Manzanares river and the Sierra de Guadarrama in the distance.
When you get to the Casa de Campo, you can have a walk around the park, go to the zoo, funfair or outdoor pool, or just have a coffee in the cafe and head back again.

Single 3.55 euros, return 5.15 euros.
Expert tips:
Have an ice cream or a drink at one of the pavement cafes near the cable car station.
