Expert review of Playa Del Duque

A white sand paradise for the well heeled and posers.

Located in its own sheltered bay with the developments of Playa de Las Américas screened by rocks, Playa Del Duque feels more Caribbean than Tenerife.

Fine white sand, straw parasols, beach vendors selling everything from fruit to sarongs and roaming Chinese masseurs make for a never ending beach drama to keep you amused while you tan.

Expert tips:
The sand may look good but it's quite sharp on bare feet - keep the flip flops handy.
Quality doesn't come cheap and your wallet will be burned, even if you don't.
