Expert review of Frank

Artful American classics in the Art Gallery of Ontario.

Some of the finest restaurants in the city are in its museums and galleries and the newly renovated AGO is no exception to this successful combination of art and edibles. Frank rustles up an assured array of Canadian takes on American classics.

Food and drink:

Food is sourced locally, so features the likes of Cumbrae Farms steak, locally foraged wild ramps, Ontario grape gelee.

Ambience:

Elegent, stylish, a well-heeled local and gallery visitor clientele.

Service:

Excellent.

Location:

On the ground floor of the Art Gallery of Ontario — a couple of block north of Queen Street or just a few minutes walk west from Yonge-Dundas Square.
