Chill out in the city’s trendiest quarter.

It's a labyrinthine Alice Through the Looking Glass venue of Eastern styles and aromatic hookahs in the Noria bar and restaurant district of the city. I often eat here after a day in Santa Cruz and before hitting the bars.

Food and drink: 

Tapas on the terrace; a small menu of eclectic culinary styles in one of the little inside rooms or Dorada beers and mojitos at the rooftop bar – you choose.

Ambience: 

Laid back and hip, it's a favourite with the in crowd and students...and me.

Service: 

The service is as laid back and hip as the ambience.

Location: 

It's at the top end of what is known as Calle Noria where the city’s newest and hippest bars and restaurants are located.

Price advice: 

There are menus del día for 21, 23 or 25 euros. Starters average at 9.20 euros, and main courses are 12 euros.
