Seafood tapas with wonderful ocean views.
One of a row of bars and restaurants in the San Telmo area which is the nightlife centre of Los Cristianos, this trendy little tapas bar has a terrace overlooking Las Vistas beach and the Atlantic. It's one of the few places in the big resort centres of the south where you can experience Spanish culture.
Food and drink:
It's a fusion of tapas and tempura, specialising in fried seafood. Don't expect the usual tapas size or price - everything here is from the land of tapas giants.
Ambience:
Lively and fun, this row of bars is where the young set hang out until the early hours.
Service:
This is always a down side of San Telmo for me. Waitresses seem more concerned with having a good time and are practiced in the art of avoiding eye contact.
Location:
It's set back from the main road on one side and overlooking the main Los Cristianos beach on the other.
Price advice:
Dishes range from 8-14 euros. Three plates between two is adequate.
