This 24/7 Vegas institution is the perfect end to a night on the town.
I always find it odd that, for a party city, most Vegas restaurants tend to close pretty early, but Mr Lucky’s bucks the trend with perfect hangover food served 24 hours a day. It’s the perfect fit for the Hard Rock, of course.
Food and drink:
Health freaks will find the menu pretty greasy – it’s all burgers, greasy sandwiches and everything comes with fries – but, as I said, it’s perfect late night or hangover food. There's a good selection of cooked breakfasts, too.
Recommended dishes:
I like the patty melt – a burger between two slices of thick toast. It’s probably more calorific than a normal burger, but it's much tastier.
Ambience:
Laid back to the point that it can get a little rowdy. It’s open 24 hours, and it’s in the Hard Rock, after all.
Service:
Also laid back. In fact, it can be on the slow side when the place is busy, so leave plenty of time for your meal.
Location:
In the Hard Rock. If you’re staying there, or get hungry after a night out at Vanity, it’s perfect. If not, it’s a fair hike off the Strip.
Price advice:
It’s pretty reasonable because it's the kind of place where you'll most likely have one course. Expect to pay up to US$15.
