Writers' payments – please read

Dear writer,

Due to a problem with PayPal, withdrawal requests from your Simonseeks account have been temporarily disabled. Writers who have requested payments recently – and might have seen a “failure” status from PayPal - can be assured that no money has been lost and normal service will resume after early next week.

We will inform you when the payments system is back in operation. Our apologies for any confusion or inconvenience.

You are now able to request payment from your Simonseeks account following last week’s PayPal problem. For anyone who requested payment and received a failure notice, please now request your payment again. Apologies for any inconvenience and confusion this might have caused.
