It’s time to start thinking about booking a summer holiday and with temperatures reaching as high as 37°C Greece is the perfect destination! It is becoming increasingly popular especially as some major blockbusters have been filmed on the beautiful islands of Cephalonia, Skopelos and Skiathos including Captain Corelli's Mandolin and Mamma Mia! If you’re not familiar with Greece, I’ve found some great websites that should help you to choose which Greek island to visit......

Please please please visit the Poet if you head to Athens (which you probably will be flying into). His name is Stavros Melissinos. He is a sandel-maker who sidelines in Poetry. Well i say he sidelines, his most well known book is The Rubaiyat and it is taught in college universities all over the world. I go to his shop everytime I go on my annual holidays. I use http://www.beatthebrochure.com/holidays/Greece/default.asp as they're invariably pretty cheap and i'm not really too interested in luxurious hotels, tours, etc.

Or how about something a bit undiscovered in Corfu:

to get you in the mood for all things Greek before the March release of the film epic " clash of the titans"

If you're looking at Symi, as well as Neil and "James`" (he uses a mysterious pseudonym!)blog and lovely gallery on the Kali Strata, there are thousands of photos on the Symi Visitor website: http://www.symivisitor.com/readersphotosindex.htm,

...and of course my own Simonseeks outline of this gorgeous island:
