Discreet luxury in Seville's original “labour of love” boutique hotel.
More of an upmarket guesthouse than a full-service hotel, I am including Casa Nº7 as an alternative for people looking for something a bit different and original. Open now for just over ten years, it is Seville's first boutique hotel. The focus is on quiet comfort so you won't find a TV or radio in your room, although there is free WiFi available throughout the building. But it is a very charming spot for a peaceful and relaxed getaway.
Location:
Just on the edge of the Barrio Santa Cruz, and located in a charming and quiet little street, the hotel can be quite difficult to find and is in fact not accesible by car, other than taxis. But once installed you will be within a very short walking distance of all the monuments, shopping, bars and restaurants.
Bedrooms:
The six rooms are uniquely and tastefully decorated and all have marble clad en suite bathrooms with both a bathtub and shower. Carefully chosen antique furniture is matched with luxurious fabrics in muted neutral tones and soft pastels.

Public areas:
An antique-filled sitting room on the first floor is situated across the patio from the breakfast room. Both rooms are charming and comfortable. There is also a small lounge area next to reception.
Eating and drinking:
A hearty breakfast is included and for lunch and dinner you are just minutes away from a wide selection of tapas bars and restaurants.
Leisure facilities:
There are no in-house leisure facilities but the hotel does organise exclusive tours and excursions upon request. These include sherry tasting and horse riding in Jerez, as well as a private city tour of Seville.
Service:
Very personable with English-speaking reception staff.
