Regal splendour on Paris's most beautiful square.
It's hard to find a more romantic setting than this elegant, creeper-covered townhouse in the Marais, set at the rear of a garden courtyard off the beautiful arcaded place des Vosges, Paris's earliest planned square, with salons that evoke an era of gracious grand siècle living.
Location:
A fabulous Marais location in the lovely Place des Vosges: perfectly placed for exploring the Marais but also convenient for the Bastille area to the east.
Bedrooms:
Some rooms feature beams and wrought-iron four-poster beds, others, including several duplexes, are more pared-back and contemporary, with warm tones and mosaic bathrooms.

Public areas:
Downstairs panelled salons, with bookshelves, oil paintings and comfortable armchairs give an atmosphere of calm seclusion. There's an honesty bar but this is more of a place for quiet contemplation and conversation than buzzing barflies.
